Standardized procedures, clear rights, and responsibilities

2.1. Standard Service Provision Process

  • Reception: Customers contact us via Customer Service Hotline/Website. Our consulting team will receive the inquiry and record the initial situation.
  • Free Survey: A technical specialist will be on-site as soon as possible to inspect the actual blockage situation or septic tank volume.
  • Transparent Pricing: Based on the complexity, our technician will advise on the optimal solution and provide an accurate quote. The work will only commence upon agreement and approval from the Customer.
  • Execution & Acceptance: After the service, the customer will directly inspect and flush water to verify quality.
  • Payment & Warranty: Customers will pay the agreed-upon fee (Môi Trường Xanh provides full VAT invoices and valid documents for businesses if required) and receive a warranty certificate.

2.2. Responsibilities of Môi Trường Xanh

Ensures service provision on schedule, according to technical requirements, and in strict compliance with environmental health and safety regulations set by relevant authorities. Commits not to charge any additional fees beyond the initial contract/agreement.

2.3. Rights and Responsibilities of the Customer

Assists in providing space and supplying electricity and water (if needed) for the operation of machinery. Thoroughly inspects the flow quality and cleanliness of the work area before signing the acceptance record.

2.4. Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

Môi Trường Xanh reserves the right to refuse free warranty service for issues arising from user negligence after acceptance (e.g., dropping hard objects or non-biodegradable waste into the pipes).
